| This spring our family decided to remodel our kitchen. We heard of JP Development, Inc and that they performed well. The initial bid was right on and explained all expenses and contingencies. Work started promptly and was performed in an excellent manner. Any changes I requested were thoroughly explained including any impacts. We were so happy we decided to add a new floor to the kitchen. This work was installed beautifully and looks great. All in all, we had our old cabinets pulled out and replaced, all new kitchen appliances installed including new sink and garbage disposal. We were surprised the disposal came with a push button start, very neat. Lastly, we had the floor installed and new floor molding. JP Development, Inc and their crew were very professional, hard working, prompt, and provided excellent paperwork. At completion, the company president walked me through the work to determine if we had any questions and to explain how the equipment functioned. After the job they followed up with a call to ask how the project completion turned out and if there were any issues.
